Men don’t cry.

They don’t express their feelings.
They are expected to stand tall and strong.
No matter what is tearing them apart.
They  hold back and not let you know ,
how they feel.

Coz we as society tricked ourselves into believing they don’t break.
They are meant to become saviour and not a cry baby.
And that’s how we make our men weak by not accepting their vulnerabilities.
They don’t know that expressing,crying and letting people know how you feel ,
doesn’t make you weak.

You equally feel those pangs of pain in your chest.

Those lumps of tear in your throat .
This time when you feel so ,let them come out.
For once free yourself from all the prejudice.
And let them know you feel ,you are human not a rock to stand tall all along.
Have liberty to feel your emotions.
